At Raahayn, we are committed to delivering our artisanal pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible. Each bag is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Note: During sale periods or new collection launches, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Flat Rate Shipping across Pakistan.

  • Optional Tip: You may want to offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., Rs. 5,000) to increase your average order value.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress via our courier partner’s portal.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery services nationwide. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the rider’s arrival to ensure a smooth delivery process.

5. Address Changes & Redirects

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the courier service.
